I see a lot of reviews on here where people have said it’s taking forever to get the bottle, and as that is unfortunate for them I was fortunate enough to get it very quickly. I did not read reviews before buying because I don’t like to be swayed one way or the other without trying it myself firsthand. Honestly, it did not even take a week to get it. I ordered it online through their website, and I received it earlier than what the email confirmation had said. I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. I would like to start by saying that I have not used this product yet. The customer service is awful and they literally steal shipping costs for products never shipped.įast deliver….Excellent Experience so far!! I WAS a good customer and that had spent over $100 in Cirkul product over the past few months. She refused to put me in contact with a supervisor. The ”customer service” (I use that term loosely) representative Mattie refused to refund the expedited shipping I paid for, because, to quote her - “it covers production and packaging.” However, NOTHING was produced or packaged, because they cancelled the whole order. I was given options for other replacement items - none of them including a stainless bottle (which I ordered) - or a refund for the product charge only. 2 months after I placed an order and contacted Cirkul about it twice, only to receive form email replies telling me it would be here but it was late, the company contacted me to tell me that the bottle order was canceled.
